The Australian Commercial Galleries Association (ACGA) is pleased to announce the opening of Inside the Stockroom: Summer 2010. This stockroom exhibition features a diverse selection of works from prominent artists represented by nine different ACGA member galleries.

Many commercial art galleries have a stockroom that represents a cross-section of their overall vision and oeuvre. A stockroom might contain pieces retained after an exhibition, preview works before a show, works by emerging artists and other miscellaneous works held on consignment.

The ACGA asked eight of its 54 nationwide members to share some of the treasures residing in their stockrooms - all of which are available for sale at the acga gallery.

This is an opportunity to procure unique works at affordable prices from some of Australia’s leading commercial galleries. Pricing of works starts at $1,800.
